I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. The location is truly convenient for visiting Carowinds, which was a huge plus for my family. However, the cleanliness of the room was a major issue, with stains on the bedding and overall outdated decor. Additionally, the service left much to be desired, as the staff didn't seem to care when we experienced problems. It's a shame because there could be potential here if they addressed these issues.
